The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand’s message and values. This role involves designing a wide array of materials, from marketing collateral to project documentation, ensuring consistency and creativity in all visual outputs. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with technical proficiency and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Creative team within the dynamic and growing Marketing department
- The role will support a broad range of deliverables across digital, print, video and experiential brand expressions
- Design for internal and external corporate projects including advertising, collateral, social posts, booth graphics, logos, icons, presentations, and videos/motion graphics
- Support creative team and goals with brainstorming and conceptualizing design options, develop designs and take feedback, and create deliverables through to completion
- Work cooperatively on multiple projects with the internal creative team and wider marketing team, meeting deadlines and communicating effectively
- Update and maintain internal shared files of designs, photography, and videos
- Work within established brand while being able to bring new ideas
- Stunning portfolio of sample projects
Requirements
- Ability to take creative direction and translate into design revisions
- Expert knowledge of design software Adobe Creative Cloud and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong typography skills
- Video editing and motion graphics a plus
- Practical knowledge of current design trends
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
