Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Designer or aspiring Architect. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural projects and overseeing the drafting and design processes. They will work closely with clients, analyzing their needs and developing customized architectural solutions. The Architect will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, and related technologies such as Enscape
knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals
Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze architectural plans and blueprints
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and project requirements
Experience working on a variety of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality
