We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. The Customer Success team is responsible for the post-sale customer journey. As experts in ComboCurve, our Customer Success team’s mission is to ensure our customers find value in using our software and continue to renew and grow with us. You will be instrumental in driving success throughout the customer journey, beginning with onboarding, and continuing with adoption, usage, value recognition, and advocacy.

Responsibilities Include:
● Positively contributing to ComboCurve’s Customer Success goals of retaining clients by growing usage through regularly scheduled touchpoints
● Owning the consultative, post-sales customer success journey for an assigned list of customers
● Effectively identifying areas of user expansion and communicating them to the sales team
● Be proficient in ComboCurve with a focus to define and execute success plans for your allocated clients
● Support client adoption and stay in touch with their business needs
● Support customer inquiries through our support processes
● Maintain a clean book of business for your client interactions in our CRM
● Advocating for customer's needs and providing strategic feedback to internal teams on how we can better serve our customers
● Identifying successful customers and turning them into advocates, measured by referrals and testimonials
We are looking for someone who has a:
● Background in Reservoir Engineering
● Familiarity with Aries, PhDWin and associated workflows
● An analytical and process-oriented mindset
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong mathematical skills and a proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
● The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Preferred energy industry experience
● Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
