At Bamboo Kitchens, we’re creating drool-worthy delivery-only brands for independent restaurants, helping them generate new revenue and maximize their digital footprint, all within their existing kitchen and operations.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help shape and streamline our processes to ensure customers have everything they need to succeed. They will guide a portfolio of restaurants through the post-sale customer journey, maintaining regular communication and providing proactive reporting on performance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
This is a full-time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
Menu & Pricing Review
- Utilize your creativity and strategic thinking to lead menu review meetings, ensuring that restaurants come away feeling confident in their earning potential and excited to cook our brands
- Understand restaurant-specific menu requirements, brand guidelines, and industry standards, and ensure each menu meets the virtual brand standards for each third-party delivery partner
- Partner with the Menu & Implementation Specialist to incorporate client feedback and guide necessary menu revisions to ensure client satisfaction
- Use market data to determine competitive menu pricing
Onboarding & Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for restaurant operators during the post-sale process: menu creation, third-party delivery onboarding, and post-launch account management
- Use data to identify areas of concern and growth opportunities for customers, then provide actionable steps during regular check-ins to achieve positive results
- Communicate with third-party delivery contacts as needed to ensure smooth onboarding of our menus
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of partnership growth initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, such as Sales or Custome Success
- 2+ years experience with one or more of the following: food delivery, cloud kitchens, ghost kitchens, or kitchen operations
- Ability to comfortably lead pricing negotiations with restaurants
- Analytical and proactive: ability to identify the root cause of, and act on findings
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and other relevant software applications
- Hubspot or other CRM experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Workspace conducive to holding regular (virtual and phone) meetings
- Our customers are located all over the United States, we are looking for someone who can operate on a flexible M-F schedule. Menu review meetings generally happen between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
