Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Time: Full-time (North American Hours)
Compensation: $1,500/month USD (R27,445/m)

The Role
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Team in onboarding lease data into our various platforms. A Data Entry Specialist will analyze and interpret the lease data to meet the accounting and lease management needs of our clients.
Responsible For
● Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information on leases, amendments, renewals, and contracts by lease accounting guidance and contract best practices into FinQuery’s suite of products
● Meet or exceed daily production goals with a high degree of accuracy
● Identify and communicate discrepancies and raise any questions for clients and lease accounting
specialists as needed
● Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and projects
● Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for lease information to ensure data entries are
complete and accurate
● Work and communicate effectively with other team members
● Conduct all business by FinQuery policies and procedures
● All other duties as assigned
Abilities Required
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
● Ability to prioritize and multitask
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail as well as Adobe Acrobat
● Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

● Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
