Work with client Marketing team as they are in the process of transforming in to a Data Driven organization (target 2030). As they gradually modernize their team and technology, they need help and are looking for a polished data consultant with marketing and sales background that can help them manage their data, develop new solutions and most importantly communicate with their stakeholders.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Deep Understanding of Data:
- Proficient in data engineering and data architecture.
- Familiarity with designing, defining, and refining data models.
- Ability to orchestrate data flow and integrate it in a centralized manner from various sources.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Must be an excellent communicator, able to articulate the why behind data flows and technology choices.
- Comfortable working with and communicating with senior personnel within the firm.
- Can act on recommendations and effectively implement technology solutions.
Solution-Oriented:
- A problem solver who can identify and address immediate and long-term data challenges.
- Capable of reviewing the existing tech stack and proposing agile, future-proof solutions.
- Should possess the skills to avoid adding manual processes and solve problems without creating "Silo " issues.
Governance and Trust in Data:
- Experience in data governance, ensuring data is trustworthy and accurately represents business needs.
- Capable of addressing issues related to data quality and the integration of data across different systems.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Experience with data operations in a marketing and/or business development context is preferred.
- Knowledge of how AI, automation, and other modern technologies can be integrated into the data ecosystem.
- Ability to adopt new technologies and improve processes through data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Vision and Business Development:
- Understands the strategic value of business development and marketing data.
- Can contribute to capability scoring and roadmap development for technology and data priorities.
- Understands business development and marketing, aligning data operations with these areas.
- Has working knowledge of marketing technology platforms and data.
