Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Consultant specializing in MuleSoft and Snowflake to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce integration, extensive experience with MuleSoft for integration solutions, and proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integration best practices and the ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions. The position involves a travel element to various client sites across the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy and Design:
- Develop integration strategies and architectures for Salesforce, utilizing MuleSoft for middleware and Snowflake for data warehousing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions that meet business needs
Implementation and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with various systems and Snowflake
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability in all integration processes
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration projects, ensuring best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful integration delivery
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance integration processes and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Integration Consultant, with a focus on MuleSoft and Snowflake
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its various modules
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API-led connectivity
- Experience with Snowflake data warehousing solutions
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architect)
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect)
- Experience with other integration tools and platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
