This position will be responsible for providing cross-functional administrative projects for HR, IT and Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in organizing the company's relocation to a new office location.
- Provide relocation planning and preparation assistance for multiple company divisions
- Assist with department packing schedules
- Create a labeling system for transferring files to the new office
- Set up packing system for moving company documentation
- Shred hardcopies of documents that are no longer needed for retention
- Prepare conference rooms and offices for relocation
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior administrative experience
- MS Office experience
- All candidates under 18 years of age must complete a work permit application and get a work permit before starting a new job.
