ABOUT OUR ROLE
We seek an experienced and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team to work with our North American clients. In this role, you will work closely with our global delivery and R&D teams in Europe, our global presales and customer success teams, and our US-based sales team. You will manage projects for our intelligent document processing (IDP) platform and managed service engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our data capture systems. This position requires a strong background in system architecture, solution architecture, data capture systems, project management tools, and JavaScript (Node JS) and/or C# coding skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality focus, and adherence to budget. Proactively manage customer requirements.
- Collaborate with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Occasionally you will work at customer locations for larger implementations.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and ScaleHub team members over Slack, video conferencing, and email to understand business and technical requirements and system architecture.
- Work closely with the global presales, customer success, and US-based sales teams to align project goals and customer expectations.
- Utilize project management tools like Monday.com and Slack to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate with stakeholders. Track and check project time logging before customer invoicing.
- Support system integration projects of all sizes from a strategic or functional point of view and advise customers on digital challenges in the areas of Cloud, Managed Services, and SaaS.
- Implement and successfully deliver ScaleHub Managed Services process flows and integrate with Intelligent Document Processing solutions based on ScaleHub assets and orchestration platforms. Deliver thorough project documentation as part of each project.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
- Write and manage scripts to support project needs, with a focus on JavaScript.
- Understand and manage interfaces between our systems and customer systems.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of data capture or ECM implementation.
- Strong understanding of web standards-based system architectures and intelligent document processing technologies in enterprise-scale solutions.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Monday.com.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node JS + C# and the ability to write and manage scripts.
- Excellent and effective communication and leadership skills appropriate to the audience (technical, business, internal, etc.).
- Ability to work remotely and be focused on milestones, project timelines, and delighting clients.
- Experience managing large customers and understanding their needs and complexities.
- Experience or interest in working internationally across time zones and cultures with our delivery teams in Europe.
PREFERRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
- Additional coding skills in other programming languages.
- Experience in implementing Microsoft .NET-based solutions in enterprise-scale projects.
- Experience in Linux-based enterprise container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Experience with other project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrate some expertise in AP invoice processing and insurance claims processing.
