About the position:
VinePair is the country’s largest drinks media company. We are looking for a creative and talented individual to join our Brand Partnerships Team to assist with content creation, marketing, and program activations. We’re interested in someone who is excited about working in a startup environment, resourceful, and eager to learn. We are looking for a candidate who’s a hard worker with a great attitude and sharp editing and organizational skills, with client-facing experience. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a line of communication between VinePair and the advertising client
- Assist in the execution of brand partner programs from launch to completion. Campaign elements include: custom content creation and publication, photo/video, podcast, social and email content creation & distribution
- Daily communication with clients and agencies on creative assets, approvals, reporting needs and timelines
- Manage delivery/pacing of brand partner programs, and make recommendations for optimizations to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
- Surface any client issues and make recommendations for solutions
- Track and report on the results of advertiser campaigns
- Assign, write, and edit content for all partner campaigns, including feature articles, interviews, podcasts, infographics, emails, and social media copy
- Participate in creative brainstorms
- Assist with event set-up and execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of advertising support experience, either at a media company or agency. Client-direct communication a must.
- Minimum 2 years editing experience, bonus points for branded content experience. May include internship experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Flawless grammar and spelling
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of digital advertising processes
- Excel and PowerPoint experience a must
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Asana a plus
- Strong understanding of current digital marketplace trends
- Strong understanding of advertising measurement tools and success metrics
- Self starter and team player
