Seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a focus on ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business stakeholders, particularly the Finance Team, to understand their requirements, translate these into technical specifications, and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage ERP and CRM projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, especially the Finance Team, to gather and document requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that stakeholders' needs are accurately captured and translated into technical requirements.
Technical Requirements and Implementation
- Develop clear and detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Work with third-party vendors to implement and customize ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of systems.
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet the business requirements and quality standards.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Coordinate vendor activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects.
- Ensure thorough documentation of testing procedures and results.
Training and Support
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM systems.
- Continuously improve processes and systems based on user feedback and emerging needs.
Qualification
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.
- Proven experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM implementations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques.
- Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite and Salesforce certifications.
- Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
