Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Lead with a strong background in growth hacking. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the expectations of the C-Suite in a funded startup, bestowing them with expertise in building and executing lead generation strategies targeted at financial departments and CIOs of enterprise companies and high-growth organizations. This role requires a versatile marketer who can handle everything from events and content creation to all aspects of digital marketing. As the first marketing hire, you will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and positions our company as a leader in the FinTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract financial departments and CIOs of enterprise companies and high-growth organizations.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, to engage our target audience and establish thought leadership.
- Digital Marketing: Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports to the CEO and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a consistent brand message.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a growth hacking or marketing role within the FinTech industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing lead generation strategies targeting financial departments and CIOs of enterprise companies and high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content.
- Experience in planning and executing events, webinars, and conferences.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
