Compensation: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position with commission only pay that can convert into a W2 position with a base + commission in a couple months.
Pay: OTE of $100,000.00 per year based on performance to goal for booking qualified appointments + Bonus.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and help us expand our client base through outbound calling.
Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team to discuss how we can help them achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided lists and lead generation tools.
- Introduce DigitalWebHelp's website development and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our target market.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for improved lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, telemarketer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate our services effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Desired Skills (But not Required):
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience in Excel
