Role Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator at Parried, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our marketing efforts and administrative functions. This position involves a mix of responsibilities that ensure smooth operations and effective communication within our team and with our clients. You will manage social media profiles, advertising campaigns, content creation, lead management, and email marketing. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as account management and profile updates, client service changes, HR updates, coordinating office activities, supporting senior management, and managing internal documentation.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Manage social media profiles
- Oversee advertising campaigns
- Create and distribute content
- Handle lead management and organization
- Execute email marketing campaigns
Administrative:
- Account management and profile updates
- Manage changes to client services and agreements
- Address client customer service issues and Help Center access
- Update client billing information
- Perform HR updates
- Coordinate office activities, including team events
- Support senior management with various tasks and errands
- Manage internal documentation
Key Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing tools
- Experience in content creation and email marketing
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
