Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Generative AI Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions within our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, experience with ServiceNow, and a passion for driving innovation through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development:
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration within ServiceNow modules.
Implementation and Optimization:
- Implement AI models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Data Management:
- Collect, preprocess, and Analyze data to train AI models.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the AI lifecycle.
Integration and Automation:
- Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform.
Documentation and Training:
- Document AI solutions, processes, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on AI functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
