As a Recruiter at Dexterity Capital, you will help to source top talent from across the industry, work with our agency partners to outline our hiring goals, and own the recruiting process overall.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with applicants
- Sourcing and Review of applications
- Scheduling interviews
- Phone Screens
- Receiving and reviewing applications
- Managing recruiting calendars
- Coordinating live and onsite interviews
- Manage recruiting tools and platforms
About You
- Live in Chicago, New York, or San Francisco
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excited about finance, trading and technology
- Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing different projects and priorities
- Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing to travel for select recruiting conferences and events for this position
- 2+ years of experience in a full-time recruiting role
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc
Great to Have
- Prior professional or internship experience in technical recruiting
- Prior professional or internship experience in quantitative recruiting
- High Frequency Trading exposure or interest
- Programming experience (Web Development)
