Must have prior/current Sales and Marketing FP&A experience:
- Conducting on-demand data analysis (ad-hoc analysis)
- Distributing regularly scheduled reports
- Maintaining and updating existing reports and data sources
- Gathering, analyzing, and sharing information about the industry, competitors, and other relevant marketing factors
3-6 months Contract to hire
Must be local to Montvale, NJ
Work Schedule: Mon – Wednesday (onsite -Montvale) Thursday & Friday remote/WFH.
Report to: Director FP&A.

The Business Insights Analyst will provide support to the Sales & Marketing teams performing ad-hoc analysis, distribution of standard reporting, maintenance and update of exisiting reports and datasources, and collection, analysis and communication of a wide spectrum of industry, competitive and other marketing information. The Business Insights Analyst will also be leveraged to assist with both ad-hoc and monthly analytics.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad experience, have responsibility for a variety of projects and engage with key decision makers. The Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for developing analyses, scorecards and key performance indicators. This role will assist the organization with gleaning data driven insights that lead to meaningful action.
Required Skills (Outline Core Requirements including education, years of experience, position requirements, required competencies, special requirements such as travel, etc.)
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Related Field
- 3+ years of experience required in key functional areas outlined above
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; proficiency with Business Objects and other mining tools; data visualization tools (ie, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Ability to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and customers. Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work, and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment and quickly grasp new concepts by demonstrating and applying knowledge of these tasks timely and accurately
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships by collaborating with customers by fully understanding and meeting their expectations
