JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Adoption Change Manager, you will be joining one of the big 5 banks on the Employee Technology Experience & Enablement team for a 12 month contract.
PERKS:
Pay rate $60/h - $75/h
12 Month Contract
1 day/week on-site
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support the team in standing up the entire process for the North Tower.
Quickly learn bank and program processes.
Define and implement PCM strategies, lifting and shifting from the South Tower.
Create executive decks (30%), work on PCM strategy (50%), handle admin tasks (10%), and collaborate with other tech teams.
Translate new meeting room technology into learning technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of PCM strategies and technologies.
Develop and deliver training materials and implement strategies.
Create and present executive materials.
Manage and update project plans weekly.
Work on new meeting room technology and translate it into learning technology.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5-6 years of experience in PCM (People Change Management).
Certifications or demonstrated experience in PCM.
Experience in creating executive decks.
Comfortable with ambiguity and the unknown.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MS Project.
Ability to take technical data and explain it clearly.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in financial services, insurance or large organizations
