We are looking for a proven Recruiter to join our team.
This role entails the management of both clients and candidates, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, and driving successful placements as well as business development. The position is 100% remote (PST HOURS), so applicants from anywhere in Canada, with a dedicated home office is a requirement.
We are seeking someone with outstanding recruitment and talent-sourcing skills, particularly as an expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate should also bring experience in effectively managing a dynamic recruitment desk covering areas such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and more. In this position, you will take charge of client and candidate communications, drawing on your prior experience in successfully overseeing projects from start to finish. Also, part of this role will be working with the sales team on Sales/BD activities to secure new business so you need to be ok with this.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with candidates over the phone and email - mostly Mid Management and C-Suite searches
- Source, vet, and qualify candidates over the phone
- Develop a mastery of industry knowledge and trends by staying up to date with the latest startup news, sales strategies, and career development best practices.
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals - you will be responsible for hitting KPIs
- Client management - sales and growing new and existing accounts post search
- Learn the story and narrative behind each job opportunity offered by our amazing clients.
- Recruit on roles in various industries across North America
- Helping the business development team with lead generation duties
- Headhunt/network on social platforms
- Administration and Data Entry
- Provide a best-in-class candidate/client experience to contribute to a high level of successful job offer acceptances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
- You have previous experience interviewing for management positions and driving the recruitment process.
- Can work in an extremely fast paced environment with sense of urgency
- Can adapt quickly - you have a competitive work ethic
- Sourcing experience using Linkedin Recruiter - once given a highly qualified job order you can run it to completion
- 3+ years of previous recruitment experience - Agency OR professional consulting
- You have solid Excel skills
- Strong administration skills, and someone who is exceptionally organized
- Skilled at asking the right discovery questions to uncover needs/pains
- A high level of professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit
- Someone who has a strong sense of ownership, self-accountability, drive, and urgency
- A dynamic team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Salary: $60-80K + Commission + Bonus
