Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant to support our team with research, data entry, and business development tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports and summaries.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business leads.
• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare, edit, and follow up on business proposals and presentations.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Sheets, Excel, and HubSpot.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
