Role Overview:
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for NeuFit’s clients and visitors, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. You'll manage all administrative activities essential to the smooth operation of our office, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
- Assist clients in navigating our clinic, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage client scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination of appointments.
- Handle client payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage emails and correspondence effectively, maintaining a log for follow-ups.
- Maintain client folders and notes, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Familiarize yourself with our processes and services to effectively address client inquiries.
- Utilize software systems (e.g., Vagaro) for scheduling, payments, and client management.
- Oversee inventory of supplies and assist with office organization.

- Must have consistent transportation to and from the office
