Bfw is looking for an entry to mid-level account coordinator position with growth potential. You will work on an account team, alongside account executives and managers who will train you to provide support on clients ranging from healthcare to aerospace.
We’re looking for a candidate who is highly organized, personable and efficient, with the ability to track and manage multiple projects at once. The perfect candidate has a sense of urgency in addressing client questions and solving issues. A confident, self-starter who can apply what has been taught quickly and enjoys problem solving is an ideal fit for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Starting, tracking and finalizing creative projects from inception to completion
- Working closely with the bfw design, development and digital team to ensure project expectations are met
- Communicating with clients to provide updates and ongoing support
- Reviewing and proofreading printed and digital work to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
Some prior marketing or project management experience is required.
Social media experience, specifically with sponsoring campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta platforms will set you apart.
Canva knowledge is a bonus.
Strong written communication and copywriting abilities are a plus.
