osition Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep who will serve as the principal point of contact to customers by managing technical budgets, scheduling, and leading action-oriented teams in the execution of new and sustaining programs.
- Oversee scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Ensure master plans and schedules are followed
Purpose:
Maintain a constant flow of orders that support the company and its customers by working collaboratively with the organizational divisions.
Essential functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with central structure, processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables.
- Participates in daily communication with customers in order to provide daily status
- Daily involvement with planning, engineering, shipping, quality and the shop in order to support contractual lead times and customer requirements
- Provide customers with quotations
- Follows up with customers to ensure that quotes are received and approved
- Work with team members to ensure that lead times are met
- Learn all products in order to speak knowledgeably about technical matters
- Understand pricing structures and administrative functions in order to support customer goals and objectives
- Reviews customer purchase order requirements and overcomes technical and business objections
- Reviews blueprints, technical information, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates
- Review and acknowledge customer purchase orders
- Consistently reviews schedules to meet customer deliveries
- Ensuring customer experience is consistently being met
- Work within a team environment in order to accomplish organizational goals
- Manages contract through life of program and works with internal departments and customer to ensure compliance and/or obtain contract revisions to reflect scope growth, including associated costs and schedule impacts.
- Takes a proactive stance by developing contingency plans to mitigate risk. Report potential customer problems and solutions to upper management.
- Ensure pertinent written records are maintained that document all agreements / commitments related to the project.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with customer communications min 2-5 years .
- Ensure all customers are being maintained and managed by internal team members.
- Manufacturing aerospace background.
- Must be able to keep team members focused on schedule milestones and must motivate team members to develop cost effective, customer-oriented solutions and approaches.
- Ability to multi task and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Fluency in MS Office Suite programs.
- Advanced Excel experience.
Education: . High School or Equivalent
