A key member of Hidden Harbor’s Administrative team, the Office Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as the steward of the organization’s culture and drive, employee engagement, and morale
- Providing administrative support to the office personnel and Partner group
- Collaborating with leaders across the portfolio of brands
- Onboarding employees, coordinating new hire training sessions, and serving as a liaison when it comes to employee benefits
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Qualification
- At least five (5) years of experience providing administrative support for office personnel and/or Partner group
- Experience onboarding employees, and coordinating and scheduling new hire training sessions
- Experience updating internal databases with new hire information and administering TriNet with employee information
- Experience overseeing employee handbooks and creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Expertise when it comes to reviewing and assisting the company with payroll and making changes necessary on a per-case basis
- Experience assisting when it comes to Accounts Payable, and employee expense reimbursement review and approval
