Responsible for overseeing, planning, implementing and evaluating SRAI’s online training intensives. This position manages multiple projects, coordinates implementation with team members, and engages with speakers and attendees.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project management of training intensive programs. Coordinates with staff timelines, scheduling, and processes to ensure consistency amongst programs.
- Implements programs by developing timelines, facilitating communications, providing administrative support, drafting communication materials, and managing schedules.
- Prepares, organizes reviews, and maintains the Speaker Playbooks for training intensives to ensure quality and consistency amongst programs.
- Organizes, supports, and provides training to speakers before and during training intensives to ensure an engaging experience to participants.
- Manages communication with program participants, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
- Prepares surveys, compiles, and analyzes evaluation reports for educational activities to determine effectiveness, outcomes measurement, and future needs. Initiate improvements to programs as needed and identify any necessary solutions for future program development.
- Develops and ensures training intensive websites are updated and maintained.
- Manages and implements the marketing campaigns for training intensives by organizing the calendar, preparing emails and templates, and reporting on effectiveness.
- Oversees and monitors budgets and financial reporting as assigned.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Manage multiple projects under established deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational planning and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with speaker management.
- Experience managing and developing budgets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
Work and Technical Experience:
- Minimum of three to five years of experiences supporting and implementing programs, virtual online programs a plus.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing modern communication technology tools, including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and Zoom.
- Previous exposure to working in associations will be considered a valuable asset.

Environmental and Physical Conditions:
- Office environment.
- Work from home 80% of the time.
- Required to be located in the Washington DC Metro area.
