Job Description:
BrightArrow Technologies (Bellevue, WA) has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for answering customer support calls and entering ticket cases into HubSpot. You will also follow up with customers who are waiting for their tickets to be closed, ensuring they receive timely and accurate updates.

BrightArrow is a quickly emerging player in audio, text, email, two-way messaging communication services. The company sells its automated notification service to education, government, healthcare, nonprofits and businesses. In addition to the day-to-day uses, such as weather cancellations and attendance/appointment calls, our services are being deployed at an increasing pace for emergency crisis alerts.
BrightArrow's revenue and customer base are increasing rapidly; the company now has as customers many thousands of school districts and private schools in 50 states, Canada, and around the world. BrightArrow is still a small company, however, assuring a ground floor opportunity for an entrepreneurial-oriented customer-facing team member.

BrightArrow is in the Seattle area but its operations are entirely virtual (home office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer support calls promptly and professionally
- Enter ticket cases into HubSpot accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers on the status of their tickets
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented in HubSpot
- Assist with other administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, Slack and Microsoft Suite software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5+ years as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with HubSpot
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
