We are seeking a proactive Product marketing manager with product and data-driven mindset to join our team!
In this role, you will be focused on the activation flows of our web & app products and other marketing features in backlog.
With full ownership, you will have the autonomy to implement updates and improvements to enhance product metrics and make impact on overall product performance.
It is important that you come and already know what to do. So that the manager does not set detailed tasks, but gives focus, direction, goal and you are independent and skilled enough to draw up a roadmap and move towards the goal.
Responsibilities
- Build activation user flows to maximize web and mobile streams profit.
- Formulate product marketing hypothesis, their prioritization and A/B tests implementation to improve product and marketing metrics.
- Conduct internal product analytics: analyzing and optimizing funnels, analyzing the feature performance, regular monitoring of product KPIs.
- Control of the full cycle of software development: backlog management, plan and evaluate sprints/releases, describe requirements and assigning tasks to development and design teams, control of project development timelines, maintain documentation.
- Work closely with the marketing department in order to improve LTV, ROMI and other product marketing metrics.
- Market analysis: regular monitoring of competitors, search for successful ideas for product development and monetization, identify growth points and opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, working with web2app funnels and mobile apps’ onboardings and paywalls.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve funnels’ performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
- Experience with analytics services: Amplitude, Tableau.
- Good knowledge of English — Upper-Intermediate level or above.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for reaching success.
- Systematic and structural approach to work.
- You have conversational Belarusian/Ukrainian or Russian
Also nice to have:
- Experience with an architecture for launching marketing campaigns on different platforms, setting up pixels, events and connections with MMP.
- Conducting price tests for different locales.
- Experience with Google analytics.
- Proven track record for user flow optimization and constant improvement of CR.
