Job Duties:
- Collaborate across all of AWL’s divisions to develop coordinated marketing campaigns, to direct photo and video production, to draft editorial content and to create design concepts.
- Establish a unified artistic direction, vision and high production standard in the creation of a polished brand.
- Actively lead the creative development process to ensure AWL creates a clear vision.
- Communicate art direction goals on an executive level with the Executive team and external partners.
- Manage AWL’s social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. Create and send out quarterly reports, post updates and manage content on blogs, initiate online marketing campaign, and keep track of all social media channels.
- Serve as the strategic and creative authority on aesthetic tone and messaging across all channels.
- Build and implement annual strategic marketing plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as subject matter expert to leadership on issues relating to effective marketing.
- Be up to date on market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage marketing budget and forecast to deliver efficient return on investment.
- Development and implementation of marketing and brand strategy.
- Key understanding of graphic design and quick turnaround on projects.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Design, implement and oversee all marketing activity, including but not limited to: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, maintaining websites and app.
- Effectively plan, execute and manage Agency events for both internal and external audiences.
- Effectively manage existing brand partnerships and collaboration, while creating new partnerships and collaborations that align with the Agency’s brand.
- Brainstorm ideas and suggest appropriate technology to complete marketing tasks and coordinate with marketing professionals to modify campaigns and measure the progress of marketing projects.
- Manage web content strategy to drive qualified traffic through various acquisition tactics.
- Continuously improve the brand’s presence in a quantifiable manner, including measure and reporting performance of all marketing initiatives (digital and traditional marketing initiatives).
- Analyze and track results utilizing techniques (Google Analytics) to report campaign results, make recommendations on adjustments and determine success of the strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) using platforms such as Google Ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Able to independently manage responsibilities while obtaining support from clinical leadership when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website conversion rates
- Working knowledge of WordPress CMS and SQL databases is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
