About Us:
Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Specialist, reporting to the E-commerce Lead, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order management and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are a fast-paced, growing company that values efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Allocate online orders to shipping destinations using Shipstation, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Fraud Analysis: Conduct order analysis and fraud checks using Clear Sale to protect the integrity of our transactions.
- Product Management: Replenish SKUs for sales and inventory management post-product launch. Manage product lists, including archiving orders and SKUs.
- Order Fulfillment: Manage online fulfillment across multiple locations, including the onsite warehouse, FedEx, and retail stores.
- Inventory Management: Review available inventory in RICS and handle cancellations and refunds.
- System Utilization: Use Shopify for order management and Excel for data tracking and analysis.
- Hands-On Approach: Must be hands-on, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to assign orders efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years proven experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, particularly with warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with Shipstation, Shopify, and Excel.
- Experience with fraud check systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on attitude and comfort with repetitive tasks.
- Experience with RICS and Clear Sale a plus
