Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Assistant at ZenDesk Global. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, computer literacy tasks, communication, typing, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literacy and Typing proficiency
- Experience in data entry or related field
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
