Responsibilities:
- Design and develop NLP systems that improve data accessibility and process efficiency across diverse industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and high impact.
- Conduct advanced research on state-of-the-art language models and techniques, customizing models to solve complex, industry-specific problems
- Translate complex business requirements into robust AI-driven tools and systems.
- Optimize and scale existing NLP pipelines to handle enterprise-level data volumes and workloads
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in NLP and machine learning, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate practical applications and problem-solving.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI/NLP libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid understanding of advanced NLP techniques, including few-shot learning, prompt engineering, model evaluation methodologies, and building agent-based systems
- Experience with API development, systems integration, and working with complex, unstructured datasets
- Experience with MLOps is preferred but not required.
