Job Responsibilities
User & Executive Support:
• 2nd and 3rd level end user support in a fully cloud-based Microsoft environment, (365, Copilot,
SharePoint, Teams, Azure), including financial applications such as JDE, Hyperion, Anaplan,
Account Management via AD, Okta, Workiva, Hubble, Basware, etc.…
• Hardware buildouts and configuration with the end users (Laptop\Desktop, iPhone\iPad, etc.)
• Primary backup as executive & board of director’s support.
UCaaS Administration:
• Familiarity with UCaaS systems with the ability to troubleshoot and support end user issues.
• Design, implement, and manage policies, configuration, and security.
• Maintain interoperability between services and AV conference rooms.
Intune Administration:
• Design, implement, and manage Intune policies for device enrollment, configuration, and security.
• Oversee mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions.
• Administer Windows Autopilot for seamless device deployment and configuration.
• Package and deploy applications using Intune.
• Manage Windows updates and Office 365 app updates.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
• Administer core M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote,
Forms, and Teams.
• Manage user identities and access using Azure Active Directory.
• Design and implement conditional access policies for enhanced security.
Security & Compliance:
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint.
• Implement and maintain data loss prevention (DLP) policies and information protection.
• Configure and monitor retention policies for compliance purposes.
• Stay up to date with security threats and apply necessary patches and updates
Scripting & Automation:
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, create custom reports, and manage Intune.
• Develop scripts for software packaging and deployment as needed.
Azure Integration:
• Demonstrate familiarity with Azure Active Directory and other Azure services related to M365.
Additional Responsibilities (+Plus):
• Familiarity with Power Automate for creating workflows and automation within M365.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong emphasis
on Intune.
• Proven experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra) and conditional access policies.
• Excellent communication and written skills, including experience supporting C level staff
• In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance features (Defender, DLP, Retention).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in an M365 context.
• College Degree, preferably in Computer Science, IS IT, MIS, Engineering, or possession of a
sufficient work history to demonstrate equivalence.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS,
Android).
• Familiarity with endpoint security principles and practices.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Microsoft 365 (Certified is preferred but not necessary): Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or
equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow, or like systems)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
