Patient Coordinator & Community Outreach Administrator

Overview:
Garner Pelvic Health is seeking a dedicated and organized individual with medical office admin experience to cover our administrator while she is out on maternity leave at the end of this year! You will receive training by our admin prior to her leave and she will be available to answer questions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all patient scheduling and invoicing through our patient administration system.
- Answer/return calls for the main clinic line promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and answer emails daily within the support inbox.
- Monitor and complete tasks as assigned related to our various Facebook groups, mailing lists, etc.
- Write and publish the bi-weekly newsletter.
- Monitor and update blog posts, affiliate links, service pages, and other areas of the main website to assist with SEO and patient education.
- Perform other duties as needed and as your skill set allows.
Good to Have:
- Degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Prior experience with patient/medical office management.
- Prior experience with community outreach or some form of marketing or patient education.
- A love of advocating for women’s and pelvic health is a plus!
