Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between Vantree and various participants for assigned implementation projects and take responsibility for project results.
- Trusted Partner: Act as the trusted partner throughout the lifecycle of the implementation process.
- Expectation Management: Understand client desired outcomes and manage client expectations through continuous communication.
- Project Coordination: Work with all internal and external parties to complete the EDI implementations.
- Information Gathering: Lead project information gathering before, during, and after implementation projects.
- Project Updates: Provide updates in the Project Management Tool and meet with the team regularly to discuss high priorities.
- Issue Analysis: Investigate and analyze customer issues with internal teams to identify root causes and communicate solutions back to the customer.
- User Testing: Work with end users to ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and complete.
- Client Value Communication: Communicate and deliver value to our clients throughout their lifecycle with Vantree by maintaining a regular cadence with them.
- Client Advocacy: Represent the voice of the client and provide input to internal teams.
- Customer Support: Answer general customer questions about software and tracking their EDI documents.
- Quality Service: Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Relationship Building: Build good working relationships internally and externally.
- Operations Follow-up: Ensure the follow-up of operations.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Certifications: PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of IT project management experience.
