Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of client accounts, focusing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, organic content strategy, SEO, and website management. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for generating comprehensive reports, ensuring the success of campaigns, and delivering exceptional service to help clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and tailoring marketing strategies to meet their needs.
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Google Local Service Ads.
- Organic Content Strategy: Create and manage organic content strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.
- SEO & Website Management: Oversee SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and manage website updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to drive decisions and improve results.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Focus on generating high-quality leads, ensuring successful conversion, and contributing to client revenue growth.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Client Satisfaction: Foster positive client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and organic content strategy.
- Experience with website management and basic site architecture understanding.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools.
- Expert digital marketing strategy (Including the ability to design and write copy when necessary).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Ads Certification).
