Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Call Agent at Repudiation SA. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their insurance claim issues, providing support and guidance, and assisting them in disputing rejected claims.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate complex information and explain it clearly
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Experience in dispute resolution or advocacy is a plus
