Role: Network Service Deliver Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of network, datacenter, and telephony services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client expectations.
- Manage critical incidents and drive immediate resolutions through effective intervention.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient network service delivery.
- Monitor network performance, promptly resolving incidents and issues.
- Analyze tickets regularly, drive process, tools, and automation improvements (SIPs).
- Review availability, scalability, and capacity planning of project resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop technical teams, engaging in necessary technical discussions and providing guidance.
- Review and manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
- Participate in quality and risk audits as per compliance requirements.
- Act as the single point of contact for network operations, ensuring effective customer management.
- Communicate effectively and resolve crises promptly.
- Escalate issues to higher management in a timely manner.
- Participate in business meetings with stakeholders.
- Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys.
- Drive service improvement programs.
- Ensure adherence to quality and security standards for engagements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and up-to-date network infrastructure.
- Oversee network upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
- Provide effort estimations/reviews for new projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
