We are seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Regional Sales Director.
Summary:
Our Commercial Sales Team is an important driver of company revenue and growth. As a commercial sales professional, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, and you will be responsible for prospecting into commercial accounts. In this role, you are motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customer’s critical infrastructure and brand assets.
This is a unique opportunity for a hunter/closer with a self-starter mentality to win business and market share by actively displacing competing technologies and further improving the security posture of existing customers.
What You’ll Do:
- This is a hunter role to create demand for company products and services globally. The role must develop strategies for penetrating new accounts. The territory will be commercial accounts and this individual must be able to prospect, open and close accounts.
- Enter and track sales activities (e.g. Opportunities, Contacts, Calls, Emails, Proposals) in CRM.
- Develop proposals, pricing, direct sales collateral, product presentations specific to identified customer needs and other supporting documentation necessary to close business.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events.
- Must be able to achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Experience selling technology solutions through the effective use of core sales tools: Outreach, Leadership Connect, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office.
- Quickly learn the technical aspects of the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQ's.
- Strive to understand the business problem we are solving to best configure the solution and exceed customer expectations.
· Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and an expert on our products.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work-related experience), minimum 3-5+ years of sales in the security industry,
- Strong understanding of cyber security, threat intelligence and penetration testing with the ability to articulate their benefits.
- Ability to hunt, build pipelines and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Superb organizational, reporting and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
- Experience working with channel partners.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
· Ability to travel when required.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
