Responsibilities
As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for driving change management initiatives across the organization through communications to organization stakeholders.
Your day-to-day activities will involve leveraging your expertise in Effective Written Communication to develop and execute communication strategies that support
the implementation of new claim processing and medical care management systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop communications supporting understanding, adoptions and drive overall positive change across the client.
In this role, you must have mastered a proficiency in effective written and verbal communication particularly related to conveying a business perspective for health insurance operations.
You will be a member of the Change Management team which encompasses change enablement, communications, and training.
A proficiency in Change Analytics will be advantageous.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop communication solutions that drive positive change.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the change management lifecycle as it relates to communication strategy, approach, planning, and materials.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of change initiatives to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance related to communications.
