We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate office events and gatherings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Entry Level position
High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
