ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and self-managed Business Operations Manager, with a background in marketing to work closely with the CEO and Director of Delivery to execute strategy and oversee the day-to-day management of our operations. This role is critical in driving our mission to provide top-tier service and solutions to our clients, while leading the marketing function.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies, focusing on expanding into additional markets.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors and collaborate with team members to ensure key strategies are executed and completed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
- Marketing Oversight: Coordinate marketing functions with an offshore resource and an external marketing agency, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive results.
- Back-Office Functions: Improve and manage back-office functions, including Marketing, HR, Delivery Operations, and administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Proven experience in business operations roles, ideally within the consulting, project management, or professional services industry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of IT Compliance & Privacy, AI Governance & Auditing, Cybersecurity Posture, and Process Improvement.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Methodology: Familiarity with the EOS® Traction is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Marketing Coordination: Experience coordinating marketing functions, including working with offshore resources and external marketing agencies.
- Leadership: 7+ years in strategic roles and experience performing and managing operational functions and teams.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a flexible/remote position that does not require much travel. May require attendance at firm-wide events (annual/semi-annual).
