Customer Experience (CX) Enablement Program Manager. The successful candidate will support the development of our content framework program including the planning, development, roll-out, and ongoing management of processes impacting our internal customers. The ideal candidate has systems and tools experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Highspot. The Customer Experience (CX) Enablement team partners closely with other corporate and field organizations including the global partner organization, global sales enablement, global professional services, services sales leadership, managing partner leadership, IT, and marketing. CX Enablement Program Manager Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $45/hr
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment
CX Enablement Program Manager Responsibilities
- Apply learning taxonomy to defined and prioritized subject areas.
- Curate existing content to supply learning taxonomy.
- Work with subject matter experts to validate content and identify opportunities to enhance learning experience through creation or modification of subject content.
- Collaborate across the CX Enablement pillars to drive consistency in content framework.
- Plan, schedule and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones.
- Manage and deliver through changing priorities.
CX Enablement Program Manager Qualifications
- Systems and tools experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Highspot.
- Familiarity with Smartsheets or other program management tooling preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel.
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to effectively roll out new information or updates.
- Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and impact.
- Ability to work independently, with general guidance and mentorship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
