The role
Primerli is looking for an entrepreneurial (start-up environment-loving) Project Manager to help drive speed and quality in our content production processes. Think: coordinating and bringing PM excellence to our creative studio (scriptwriters, illustrators, animators, and voice actors, oh my!).
The role will start part-time on a contract basis (~10 / week), with full-time potential. While the company is based in California, you will be working fully remotely with a global creative team.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the day-to-day project management of animated video production cycles
- Help set deadlines based on high-level production targets…and then help us meet these deadlines
- Coordinate with various contributors (content leadership, writers, illustrators, animators, and voice actors) to minimize bottlenecks, identify issues, and troubleshoot
- Help establish more robust PM processes (including PM tools)
- Help develop and track KPIs that will give the team and leadership more visibility into ‘how we’re doing,’ both in terms of speed of output and quality of the product
