Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper at Djmenterprise located in Danville, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll processing. The role will also involve reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
