We’re looking for an experienced, talented content creator who’s a highly empathetic and skilled communicator and can create exceptional written and verbal content in a variety of formats and media. The ideal candidate is someone who is equally adept at producing original content for a workshop as they are writing a long-form parental resource or developing short-form marketing copy to drive interest in our programming. In order to succeed, they should have a deep understanding of the problems we seek to solve for our clients and their employees and be able to expertly develop content-driven solutions that address those problems.

Our mission is to build the best parental leave experience, empowering working parents to achieve their career goals and organizations to continue thriving over the course of the leave journey. We partner with leading employers globally who are committed to improving their parental leave experience. They partner with Parentaly to offer career coaching programs and manager training to guide expecting parents and their managers from pre-leave to return-to-work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Core programming:
- Own language and messaging for our core programming, inclusive of our coaching curriculum, digital toolkit, trainings, workshops, and email communications.
- Develop new content and resources for our core programming, and iterate on new programming, such as community-based engagement.
- Leverage programming content to product external-facing marketing materials, such as downloadable resources, blog posts, and webinars.
Enrollment marketing:
- Partner closely with our account management team to develop guidelines and materials that enable our corporate clients to effectively market the value of Parentaly as an employee benefit to their employees.
- Monitor utilization of Parentaly as a benefit across each corporate client, and develop creative strategies to engage potential participants further (especially in instances of underutilization). Some recent examples include: (a) optimizing email communications to ensure that participants who sign up for Parentaly book their first coaching session (b) partnering with ERGs within our client organizations to run custom panel events co-hosted by Parentaly.
Thought leadership:
- Demonstrate expertise in the parental leave experience across internal and external channels
- Partner with our Marketing team to use our program experience to develop multimedia external-facing thought leadership, such as:
- Turning coach insights into LinkedIn campaigns
- Running surveys with Parentaly alumni to measure the long-term impact and efficacy of the program
- Analyzing data to find trends in who and how employees are engaging with our program
