We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team by managing various administrative, marketing, and communication tasks. This is a remote part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Schedule B2B Meetings: Identify and book meetings with potential clients.
- Schedule Management: Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Communication Management: Handle email correspondence and client communications.
- Order Management: Process and manage client orders efficiently.
- Marketing Management: Oversee marketing efforts, including content creation and management across various platforms.
- Content Management: Manage and update content on social media and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office tools and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation:
- Up to $500 per month for 30 hours of work per month.
