Summary
The entry level accounts payable clerk is responsible for validating and ensuring invoices are properly coded and approved according to company policies and procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor the Accounts payable email inbox and record incoming invoices.
- Ensure that invoices are properly coded and approved, according to company policies and procedures.
- Validate all invoices received for a respective period have been entered and/or accounted for.
- Pull documentation for all internal and external audits
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Detect potential problems and implements Corrective Action Plans.

This position works in an office environment and requires long periods of sitting.
Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time, in-office position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm.
