A Healthcare Technology company based in Dallas, TX is looking for Client Support Specialist for their Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management platform called Euclid with following responsibilities and required skills
Responsibilities
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Euclid RCM product suite.
- Provide healthcare software operational support using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and email training
- Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective support to maximize use of the software
- Develop FAQ/How-To materials for Euclid RCM implementation
- Provide end-user application support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions
- Participate with the team in testing new releases of the product
Requirement
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- An understanding of Healthcare/Medical Revenue Cycle Management system highly desirable
- Experience delivering web-based support is highly preferred
- Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt training to meet the needs of users
- Ability to be prompt and reliable with customer calls and addressing the issues
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
- Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in diagnosing problems with software products (preferred)
- A good understanding of Microsoft Web based Technologies
- Ability to set up and configure our Healthcare billing system for clients as per their unique needs
- Demonstrated Fast learner – we provide full support and knowledge base to help you help our clients, you will need the ability to find and understand instructions on the fly and turn them into successful resolutions for our clients.
Required Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Revenue Cycle Management experience: 4 year
- Medical billing software experience: 4 year
- Certified Professional Coder cert (CPC)
