Job Overview
Cendyn is currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our eCommerce division. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operational tasks and managing the onboarding process for new media customers to ensure successful campaign launches.
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Communication: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential. Ability to be honest and transparent about timelines, project progress, and any issues that arise.

Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns for new customers across various channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, Meta, Paid Search etc.).
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand their goals and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on campaign launch progress.
- Seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and supporting various operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and documentation.
- Keep rhythm of the team's daily activities and other strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates during onboarding process.
- Prepare and present kickoff PowerPoint presentation
Operational Duties
- Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
- Foster strong internal relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and employee retention.
- Assist in identifying and implementing operational strategies and tools to improve the efficiency of processes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing and project management is a must.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Industry knowledge (a plus)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, client services or a related customer-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, with working knowledge of platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
Work Environment
This job operates in a home office environment. Occasional work inside a Datacenter operating environment will be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and subject to changes by Manager’s communication and may have to accommodate client schedules in different international time zones.
Travel
This position could require up to 10% travel.
