QUALIFICATIONS:
- BFA or BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related degree
- Proficient with the Adobe CC suite and relevant software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Strong color and typographic skills
- A keen eye for composition
- Detail oriented production skills a must
- High level of organizational skills, with excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Easygoing enough not to be offended by critical feedback
- Experience with layout in Word and PowerPoint is a plus
- Some professional graphic design experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Assist with designing layouts and marketing collateral for:
- Digital; print; social media; layout-heavy designs like magazines, postcards, multi-page brochures; digital newsletters and promotional emails; agent branding, logos, and marketing collateral; motion graphics and more
- Show strong design skills, impeccable typography, and exceptional eye for detail to consistently create high quality work
- Actively pitch in to all phases of the creative process—from concept to implementation
- Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms including listing collateral, marketing and advertising materials
- Assisting the Senior Graphic Designer to improve the group’s technical and creative performance
